Terms of Service

Scope of service

Philly Road Rescue provides mobile roadside assistance within Philadelphia city limits: jump starts, tire changes using your usable spare, vehicle lockouts, fuel delivery and battery replacement. Service is dispatched to your vehicle's location.

We are an independent roadside service provider and are not affiliated with any insurance carrier, motor club, hotel, parking operator or airport authority.

Pricing and payment

Service pricing is confirmed with you before a technician is dispatched. Fuel and replacement batteries are billed at cost in addition to the service price. Payment is due at the time of service.

Arrival times

Any arrival estimate is a good-faith estimate only. Actual arrival depends on technician availability, traffic, weather, vehicle type and your location, and is not guaranteed.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to request service for it, and that the information you give us about your location, vehicle and problem is accurate. You must be reachable by phone and, where required, present at the vehicle.

For tire changes you must have a usable spare tire and the vehicle's key or wheel lock. For lockouts you may be asked for identification and proof of ownership.

Access and safety

We may decline or discontinue service where conditions are unsafe, where the vehicle is inaccessible, where a vehicle is in an active travel lane that cannot be worked safely, or where a parking facility denies access.

Cancellations

Call or text as soon as possible if you no longer need service. A cancellation after a technician has already been dispatched may be billed for the travel already performed.

Limitation of liability

Roadside assistance carries inherent risk. Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage or defects, for towing arranged with a third party, or for indirect or consequential losses.

Services we do not provide

• No towing of any kind
• No winching or off-road recovery
• No heavy-duty recovery
• No key cutting, duplication or programming
• No tire repair, patching, mounting or balancing
• No mechanical repairs or diagnostics

Vehicles we do not service

• Motorcycles
• RVs and campers
• Buses and shuttles
• Box trucks and heavy-duty commercial vehicles
• Vehicles requiring towing or recovery
• High-voltage EV or hybrid traction battery systems
