How we use it

We use your information solely to dispatch a roadside technician, confirm your service price and arrival window, contact you about your request, respond to questions, and evaluate job applications.

Service providers

We use trusted vendors for website hosting, database storage and message delivery. They may process your information only to provide those services to us.

Data retention and security

We retain service records only as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes. Information is stored on access-controlled systems, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
