You pay Philly Road Rescue directly for the roadside service performed on your vehicle.
- 3
Get a professional invoice
We provide a receipt or invoice showing the date, location, vehicle and service performed.

Reimbursement questions
Will my insurance reimburse me for roadside assistance?
It depends entirely on your policy and provider. Many policies with roadside coverage allow reimbursement for an outside provider, but the decision belongs to your insurer. We cannot guarantee reimbursement.
What documentation do you provide?
A professional invoice or receipt showing the date, service location, vehicle, service performed and the amount paid.
Should I call my insurance company first?
If you want certainty about reimbursement, yes — a quick call confirms whether your policy covers an outside provider. If you're in an unsafe or urgent situation, call us first.
Do you bill insurance directly?
No. Payment is collected from the customer, and reimbursement is handled between you and your insurer.
